Resourcing Co-Ordinator
To support the smooth day to day running of the Resourcing Team in Rostering and planning, ensuring the most cost effective and efficient use of supply to meet demand. Use and maintain the workforce management system to enable the department to meet its goals and objectives. Provide data entry, telephone and email support, guidance, assistance and support to managers and staff in matters relating to resource planning.
The role is offered: Monday – Friday with a rotation of one weekend per month.
Main duties of the job
You will be building rota’s in advance, addressing where shortages may be and ensuring full cover of each geographical area.
Effective reporting of sickness and supporting on-day plan where sickness does occur, ensuring no negative affect on the resource plan.
You will ensure the service has the right staff, both internal and external, with the right skills in the right place to meet patient demand and deliver Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at all times. You will need to support the workforce planning process effectively.
Rota: Mondays – Fridays with 1 weekend per month rotation
